Unused credit comes back. Spent answers do not.

Unused prepaid credit

Credit you added and have not spent on an answer can come back to the card that paid. Ask at the mailbox above. Welcome credit that Ponako gave you is not cash and is not refunded.

Spent answers

Once a computer has answered and the job is billed, that spend is not refunded as a courtesy credit. You paid for the work, not for a promise that you would like the words. If a job fails before an answer, unused reserved credit returns to your balance.

Card disputes

If you open a Stripe dispute or the charge is refunded, Ponako follows the existing Stripe dispute path: leftover buyer credit from that top-up is taken back, and unpaid earn from jobs that top-up funded can be reversed. Earn and credit never go below zero. Money already cashed out may need a manual operator row. A dispute also freezes cash-out while it is open.
