Acceptable use

What you may not do

Ponako matches questions with spare computers. You may not use it to harm people or to steal. Last updated 18 August 2026.

Banned work

  • CSAM, or any sexual content involving children. That includes asking a model to create it.
  • Malware: writing, packing, or spreading software meant to break into or damage a computer.
  • Stolen cards, stolen accounts, or any attempt to spend someone else's money.

Also banned: scams, violent crime planning, and attempts to attack Ponako or the computers that answer.

How to report

If you see any of the above, write to [email protected]. That mailbox is the report path. Include the job time, the model, and anything else that helps us find it. We will act on CSAM reports first.

What we may do

Ponako can refuse a job, close an account, freeze cash-out, and keep ledger records needed for a report. Home computers may also refuse work. Breaking these rules can mean a report to the people who have to hear it.
